An aerodynamic database of synchronized surface pressure and flow field for 2D rectangular cylinders 二维矩形柱同步表面压力与流场空气动力学数据库

The paper is about the wind tunnel testing on rectangular cylinders, a typical bluff body in engineering practices. A comprehensive datasets were built based on a series of wind tunnel experiments covering different side ratios for rectangular cylinders under multiple angles of attack. Besides, we employ artificial intelligence techniques to predict the mean pressure coefficient distribution based on the datasets constructed. Interesting findings reveal that, based on the input of side ratio and wind angle of attack, AI predictor can estimate the mean pressure coefficient distribution for the unseen cases, providing new alternatives for engineering solutions.

本文针对工程实践中的典型钝体——矩形柱开展风洞试验。通过一系列覆盖不同矩形柱边长比和多个风攻角的风洞试验,建立了综合性数据集。在此基础上,研究采用人工智能技术预测平均压力系数分布。结果表明,仅需输入边长比与风攻角,人工智能预测器即可估计未见工况的平均压力系数分布,为工程问题提供了新的解决方案。
